Life Membership & Gold Badge Award to
Mr Leslie McKenzie
|
Today
at the Burleigh Heads RSL BBQ function celebrating the
71st Anniversary since the formation of the Sub-Branch,
Mr Les McKenzie, Burleigh Heads RSL Sub-Branch member
and long serving Junior Vice President, received the award
of RSL Life Membership and Gold Badge, having been approved
by the National Executive of the RSL. The award was presented
to Les McKenzie by the Sub-Branch President Chris Keating.

Les McKenzie was nominated by members of the Sub-Branch
at the July General meeting for his service to the RSL,
which was above and beyond the call of duty. Les is
a most worthy recipient of the award and will bring
credit to it.
The Members
and VIP's at the function congratulated a very proud
and humble Les McKenzie on his award and wished him
well.
