Eight ladies of the Burleigh Heads RSL Women's Auxiliary celebrated their 55th Anniversary with cake and plenty of other goodies!

This great band of ladies support the Sub-Branch all year through in many ways and their services are much appreciated and valued.

The ladies are currently being lead by President Ruth Connolly and honorary Secretary/Treasurer Jean McKenzie who put in much personal effort to ensure everything runs smooth in their input into the Sub-Branch activities, such as fund-raising, General Meetings and other sub-branch events. 

Auxiliary President Ruth Connolly took the opportunity to present the Sub-Branch with a sizable donation from their past fund raising efforts, the Sub-Branch President, Committee and members congratulated the ladies in reaching their 55th year and the President, Chris Keating wished them well and thanked them for their great efforts and contribution to the Sub-branch!
