Today, October 29, 2005 saw the expansion of our NEW feature on our web-site entitled On This Day. The section which is found linked through the menu button "ON THIS DAY" will progressively provide information about important events in Australia's military history and now also of important events in history from around the world. This section will become a permanent and ever-growing record of these events and become an invaluable research tool for all but especially our younger generations.
