Sometimes we get
set in our own world and so easily forget those who are perhaps
out of sight or out of mind. Then along comes an opportunity
for us to bring everyone back together again as a big happy
family. This has obviously been the case with our recently launched
web-site. The idea for our very own web-site came from one of
our members who felt out of touch, even forgotten. Now as testimony
to just how our web-site has bridged the distances for other
members, I include here the content of an e-mail received today,
October 4th, from another member who spends a lot of time away
from Burleigh and has in the past felt the isolation but who
now looks forward to a closer involvement even if in a virtual
world. A big thank you to Pete and Mona for sharing this with
us. Pete and Mona are from Williamsport, Pennsylvania, USA.
