Our above esteemed member departed this life on 29th November 2009, aged 86.

Silver as he was know to his friends joined the Burleigh Heads RSL Sub-Branch in 2004. Sadly his health prevented him from being active
but his heart was always with the boys and he often sent his regards. Silver had been a very active member of the RSL in Victoria
in his younger days and contributed much to his Sub-Branch prior to moving to Queensland.

Silver will be missed by his friends and our deepest sympathy goes to Silver's family.

Newhaven Funerals are assisting with Silver's funeral service which will take place at the

Sacred Heart Catholic Church
50 Fairway Drive, Clear Island Waters
on
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009 at 1030 hours

RSL poppy service will take place.
