Heritage Brothers Funerals
and held in the
Burleigh Heads Uniting Church,
Cnr Burleigh Street & West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads
on
Monday, August 25th, 2008 at 1300 hours

At the family's request, there will not be a RSL poppy service

Please try and attend to farewell a comrade and pay your last respects!

John Thomas joined the Burleigh Heads RSL Sub-Branch in 2003, he became active until family tragedy struck with the loss of his wife, Yvonne, then Johns' health started to deteriorate. He fought a long hard battle but succumbed in the end. John & Yvonne were very giving people and gave much of their time and put a lot of effort into their community. John requested that the church banner only be placed on his casket.
