Our above esteemed member departed this life on 8th March 2009, aged 87.

Harry as he was known to his friends joined the Burleigh Heads RSL Sub-Branch in 1997 and had been a very active member. Harry and Ethel had many a good time attending functions at the hall. Harry, while a member, attended all the commemoration services and meetings and was very able and in good health until just recently when he was rushed into Greenslopes Hospital where he died this afternoon on Sunday 8th March 2008 with his family close by.

Harry will be missed by his friends and our deepest sympathy goes to Ethel and his family.

Harry's Funeral will take place at the

Garden Chapel of Allambe Memorial Park,
Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Nerang

on Friday 13th March 2009 at 1.30pm.

RSL poppy service will take place, Medal to be worn.
