Our above esteemed member departed this life on 15th July 2011, aged 93.

Bill, as he was know to his friends, joined the Burleigh Heads RSL in 2003 where he remained until his passing.
Bill was a active member until the passing of his wife Freda on the 15 April 2009 and soon after moved into a nursing home
in Tweed Heads where he spent the last two years fairly comfortably. Bill's health started to deteriorate in the last few months.

Bill will be missed by his family, friends and members of the sub-branch that knew.

Please try and attend to farewell a comrade and pay your last respects!
