Robert transferred to Burleigh Heads RSL Sub-Branch on the 2nd December 1999 from City of Lismore RSL, where he had been a member since 1954. Bob as he was known to his friends was not able to participate in the sub-Branch activities as he looked after his wife, Mavis daily who was in a nursing home. Bob will be missed by the Sub-branch and his friends. Our deepest sympathy goes to Mavis, Bob's wife and his family.
